vetravideo.com informs about, distributes and sells licenses for the Vetra Video Downloader desktop application, and offers a free online downloader tool. Use of the website, the tool and the app is governed by the Terms of Service; personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Online downloader tool

The online tool at vetravideo.com retrieves a publicly accessible video at the address supplied by the user and passes it through to that user's browser. Files are streamed in transit and are never stored, cached or copied on our servers, and no record is kept of the addresses submitted. The operator does not host, index or make available any third-party content.

Copyright complaints and takedowns

If you are a rights holder and believe the tool is being used to access your content improperly, write to info@vetravideo.com with the address concerned, proof of your rights and your contact details. Because nothing is stored on our servers, there is no hosted copy to remove; what we can do is block the address or domain concerned from the tool, and we will act on well-founded requests without undue delay.

The Vetra name, logo, website and application are the property of the owner identified above. Trademarks of third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Vimeo, etc.) belong to their respective owners; Vetra is not affiliated with any of them.

Responsibility

The operator is not responsible for the use that users make of the application. Users must only download content they have the right to save, and must comply with copyright law and the terms of the platforms they access.
